This week the state of Minnesota has sued Insys Therapeutics Inc.
The state accuses the pharmaceutical manufacturer of illegally
marketing a powerful fentanyl-based pain medicine.
Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson said the Arizona-based drug-maker
encouraged physicians to prescribe its product Subsys to patients who did not have cancer.
