Nicola Outhwaite, 26, trained for two years to work in forensics and landed her dream job in the field immediately after finishing her studies. But when her employment contract ended in 2011, Nicola, of Leeds, West Yorks., decided to retrain as an animal chiropractor. Nicola has now launched her own business and treats around five or six animals a day ranging from horses, dogs, donkeys and cows.
