In fresh trouble for Congress’ chief trouble shooter DK Shivakumar, the Income Tax Department on Tuesday filed its fourth case of tax evasion in the economic offence court against the irrigation minister following this case, justice M S Alva has summoned Shivakumar on August 2. It has already filed 3 cases against the congress veteran for 3 assessment years 2015, 2016 and 2017.
