Investigation says Chadian opponent Saleh probably dead

NEWS: A commission investigating the events surrounding the rebel attack on the Chadian capital N'Djamena last February concluded that opponent Ibni Oumar Mahamat Saleh, who has been missing ever since, is probably dead.
