Sotto says BOL can be repealed if it becomes ineffective

The Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) can be repealed if it becomes ineffective and there will be cessation or hostility will prevail in the region, Senate President Vincente “Tito” Sotto III said on Thursday.
