Pakistan has a defensive war strategy. It means that the Indians have the advantage of surprise, initiative & choice of first attack. They can enter & hit us initially.
Pakistan will respond only after taking the initial hits. How much we hit them back depends upon the leaders ( Syed Zaid Hamid )
