BJP will file complaint against Congress and Owaisi over Rs 25L deal

Bjp's Vl Narsimha Rao has said that the BJP will file complaint against the Cong and Owaisi over the Rs 25 Lakh bribe charge levied by the latter. He said cong must come clean on the bribery charged.
