After a series of exposes by us finally yesterday the absconding Himachal MLA Ram Kumar Chaudhary appeared before a Panchkula court. We have kept up a sustained campaign for the arrest of the MLA over the charges that he had allegedly murdered Jyoti Rani. The campaign forced the Haryana Police to announce a reward for information leading to his arrest.
