US diplomat has caused an outrage by her racist comment on Indians. Maureen Chao, Vice-Consul of the US Consulate in Chennai said and quote 'I became dirty and dark, like the Tamilians.' She made this remark while narrating to a group of students her experience of a train journey in India two decades ago as a student.
