The Govenment has issued a lengthy clarification on the Agustawestland helicopter deal. The defence ministry says it is waiting for the factual position on the deal from Indian Embassy in Italy. The Government has also clarified that all options including penalty are open to it. Now, India has asked Italian firm Finmeccanica to specify if money was paid to Indian individuals or entities in VVIP choppers deal.
