Justice Markandeya Katju, the former CJI has shocked again this time by demanding that the Prime Minister and Parliament should apologies to him for a resolution slamming him for insulting Mahatama Gandhi. He says in a letter, that while he is willing to defend his comments in the Parliament, the latter's resolution and didn't admit his defence.
