We are talking about gang-rape here and the comment made by the home minister of Karnataka state Kelachandra Joseph George (K J George) on the definition of gang-rape. In a shocking display of his knowledge, the minister spoke with his conscious mind and said that he does not consider a rape as gang-rape unless more than two people are involved.
