Kevin and his team were fantastic. He spent a ton of time explaining the process to me (I am dense), was always responsive (including taking calls after hours on his birthday), was extremely flexible in structuring the loan to meet our specific financial needs, and was able to complete the loan process ahead of schedule so we could close early. Moreover, we initially were receiving quotes from various lenders - Kevin's proposal was the best.
