The San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to reports of a commercial structure fire in the 2100 block of Lugo Ave near Highland Ave on Thursday (December 5).
Arriving crews immediately upgraded the assignment to a second alarm when noticing the amount of smoke and flames throughout the building. The cause of the fire is unknown and under investigation.
