Five regrets is a beautiful book I took my parents. These five key regrets it was written by this lovely lady called brownie war who was struck in a job hated her job. she was a banker and just wanted to live life on our terms to do the things that she wanted to do. She made a decision to cut from her, her job and go and really find herself find her passions on of those sorts of things.
So what happened at the first of all she had no job no work she was staying on people and asking you know favors and her friends to see if they could look after her, and she kind of found some new opportunities to do some work. Anyway someone recommended that she could look after some people in a nursing role she wasn't a qualified nurse and she told them and she ended up looking after people that were just one way as in they like 12 weeks left and she started to really connect with this idea so as the book goes along it's the journey of her collection about the fact before people died they had these moments of clarity these moments all I didn't live. How I wanted to live and collected them under the five key regrets.
1. I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
2. I wish I hadn't worked so much.
3. I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings.
4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.
