Emergency services attended the scene of Seattle's Pier 58 as it partially collapsed on September 13 injuring at least two.
Footage filmed by Twitter user @KeltonTemby shows the scene from above as dozens of emergency vehicles attend and arrive at the scene.
Local reports suggest that the people injured were construction workers working on the attraction's redesign.
