A Trinidad and Tobago defence force soldier was shot dead, allegedly by an off-duty police officer on Friday morning during a birthday party.
According to relatives, the TTDF Lance Corporal was shot after he attempted to break up the lime following a fight at the event.
The victim's father says the police report on the shooting was inaccurate; he told reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh it's a series of events he will never forget and he wanted the nation to know the truth.
