South Australian authorities have released the findings of their report into the source of the Victorian outbreak. They say a Melbourne man likely contracted COVID-19 in hotel quarantine in Adelaide through aerosol transmission. They say the report has concluded the transmission was not a result of a “high-risk breach”.
