Priyanka Gandhi Vadra arrested in Hargaon, claims Youth Congress President

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra who was on her way to Lakhimpur Kheri district to visit the kin of the victims was arrested in Hargaon, according to Youth Congress President Srinivas BV.
