Fairbanks-Morse 50lb Scale Weights used.
Left struggled to Deadlift due to a lazy thumb it seems. Was able to Clean & Jerk right handed. Added focus was lowering under control: much harder but not impossible annnnnd it increases Time Under Tension. God Bless!!
