Despite some Beetham residents launching a fiery protest over a leaking sewer two weeks ago, Public Utilities Minister Marvin Gonzales says, it was in fact some elements in the community who would've caused the leak in the first instance. The Minister also revealed that he has it on good information, that members of the UNC had a part to play.
