Geneticist Consultant and Associate Professor of Biotechnology at the University of Trinidad and Tobago Dr. Nicole Ramlachan is expressing concern over the investigative COVID-19 report laid in parliament on Friday. She notes the Committee's concern with respect to staff levels as one area that needs to be addressed.
She tells Tv6 the country cannot afford those problems at this stage especially when there might be another spike in COVID infections ahead.
