Dabei handelt es sich um ein originalgetreues Remake des 3D-Plattformers SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom von 2003. Diesmal sollen SpongeBob, Patrick uns Sandy ihre Heimat Bikino Bottom allerdings auch im Koop-Modus vor Planktons Roboterarmee retten können.
