On the heels of the latest police-involved killings Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley is issuing a challenge to parents and guardians to do better.
And, he's advising young people to find productive outlets and spend less time liming.
As, he says these unfortunate situations can always be avoided.
Dr. Rowley is also calling for accountability from all parties, including the police, as he says everyone loses in these situations.
