Ahead of the Monsoon session beginning on July 18, the Lok Sabha Secretariat released a new booklet with words like 'anarchist', 'Shakuni', 'dictatorial', 'taanashah' and many more that would be expunged if used during debates or otherwise in both the Houses of the parliament.
