We all want to be heroes:
And make a difference,
Even as the cruel arrows,
Sling our arms such that hence;
We have gathered at this ridge.
On this distant island,
Its summit is as the bridge,
To that distant highland.
Charging into hellfire,
Ignoring fear of death,
I will weave through crossfire,
Until my final breath.
Please, just help me save one more,
Receive my prayer, Lord.
I will hold them from your shore
Till you, I go, toward.\n\nM.H. Fowler
