Parents of children attending St Michael’s Anglican Primary School in Princes Town fear for their safety. They say a mentally-ill man roams the front of the compound daily.
They, together with business owners in the community say the man is verbally explicit, sometimes violent and poses a real threat to people’s safety and lives.
