A little girl is the inspiration for a major construction project to build a first-of-its-kind play space. In March, Lily Taylor will turn 9 years old. She looks forward to the day she can cut the ribbon on Lily’s Pad at Priest and Southern in Tempe and welcome in kids she can relate to.
