WATCH: Pasay City Mayor Imelda Calixto-Rubiano, along with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) and Pasay City Barangay Bureau (PCBB), led the relaunch of the Barangay Labor Desk program at the Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City, on Wednesday, May 10.
