Several vehicles were destroyed - and pedestrians injured - after a van carrying gas cylinders caught fire and exploded in central Milan in northern Italy.
Footage shows a large plume of smoke billowing into the air on Via Pier Lombardo, in the Porta Romana district of the city.
Local reports said the explosion came from a van believed to be carrying gas bottles to a nearby laboratory.
