The Sangre Grande Regional Corporation is lending a helping hand to its former Chairman and Councilor Terry Rondon.
He's been dealing with some health challenges.
The Corporation and NGO -- Toco Helping Hands are teaming up to raise funds to help Rondon with his medical bills.
