The Public Utilities Minister says two new desalination plants are to be constructed in Moruga in Trinidad and Charlotteville in Tobago.
But the Minister says the two new plants will be smaller than the two privately-owned desalination plants in Point Lisas and Point Fortin.....AND they will be owned by the Water and Sewerage Authority.
