One man is dead and several others are injured after a suspected arson attack on a home in an HDC development in Central Trinidad on Wednesday morning.
This is the third incident to have taken place within the last three weeks at an HDC location- following the murder of five people at Harpe Place in Port of Spain and a double murder in an HDC apartment in Oropune Gardens, Piarco, over the Easter weekend.
