Thailand Songkran Festival Gets People Soaked & Ready For The New Year

Both Thai locals and tourists were sharing in on the childlike fun being splashed and sprayed with water in the streets of Bangkok this week as the Southeast Asian country kicked off its annual Songkran festival.
