Over 200 young people have signed up for the Ministry of Youth Development and National Development's CAP programme which affords them the opportunity to become skilled in heavy-equipment operation, mechanics and air conditioning services. Minister Foster Cummings said the decision to launch the Crisp, All-set, Project drive initiative, CAP, followed consultation with various industry experts on the skills the country needs.
As Rynessa Cutting reports, the Minister says about a dozen more programmes will be rolled out in the coming weeks.
