What about the incentives for the companies that carrying out natural gas exploration in Trinidad and Tobago? Do they have enough incentives?
Well, the Energy Minister says he is "not looking on behalf of the people of Trinidad and Tobago to give out any more incentives" as he thinks "there are sufficient incentives there."
