The Attorney General says a draft bill meant to replace the Firearms Act, "has not been submitted to Cabinet" and "does not represent the policy of the Government."

The Express newspaper is reporting that the document it has seen contains a proposal for government buildings and other facilities to be gun-free zones and that the measure would apply to holders of legal firearms, if approved.
