We start with another weigh in/update video. Amberlynn likes to make everything into a game so she thought if they changed their weigh ins now then their next weigh in will fall on February 1st. Also she was sick the previous week and wanted to show us the progress sooner. She shares her fluctuations in periods blaming it on a hormonal issue due to her weight and ultimately complains about it while dismissing the idea of seeking medical advice thinking she would get the same advice each time, to lose weight for regulation. She announces her new Instagram account that she created at the first of the month to document her weight loss journey. When Becky asks Amberlynn how she plans to cope with not having food as a comfort when she has cravings, her idea is to journal more. Becky is sure it's possible to see the signs of any misconduct in the relationship with Amberlynn, but we know that's not going to be the case once in too deep. Amberlynn tries to normalize the way they argue saying people in relationships are bound to be mean to each other at some point. Becky tries to normalize arguing over food with an aunt and uncle story. Amberlynn says she wants to call Becky out for the sodas because Becky asks her not to binge. She tries to say that being sick might have helped the weight loss but it was their will power before and after being sick that kept off the weight leading up to the weigh in that they pushed ahead of schedule. When she hits the 460's, it makes her cry tears of pride. She recalls the last time she saw that number on the scale was in June of 2016 when she tried a pill for weight loss with Destiny. She says the doctor told her to stop it because of high blood pressure but in reality it was a family friend who was a nurse who suggested Amberlynn stop taking it. They end the video by sharing their goals for the rest of the month before their February 1st weigh in. They spend the day with Becky's family then end the vlog in a car wash. It's the next day and the roommates shop at Walmart, cruising the bargain bin. Eric films Rickie making jokes about Becky and Amberlynn. We see Eric's obsession with scented wax in action as he checks out the wax melt section. Once back at home, it's game night!
