My little town is in Washington State, USA. It’s very busy during tourist season, but much of the year is quite peaceful. I love having a town nearby that provides all my essentials, while reminding me that we truly do not need much to thrive. I find that if my basic needs are met, joy can be cultivated anywhere I live, and it was a rewarding challenge to move out here and learn to live in a new way. I moved here about two years ago looking for a better paying job, and found it as a preschool teacher - though now I work as an artist full time while planning to do more teaching in the future.
