Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley is calling on citizens to hold the fort over the next few years, as difficult times are ahead.
However, he says, despite the country’s dwindling gas reserves from which much of its revenue is derived, current and future investments promise a brighter future around 2027.
He made the comments while speaking at Atlantic LNG’s 25th anniversary function in Point Fortin Friday morning.
