Respect, tolerance, and no innuendos were the ground rules issued by the Speaker of the House of Representatives for Tuesday's meeting of the Standing Finance Committee of the Parliament.
This, after a clip has gone viral on social media of a hot-mic incident involving three Government Ministers - one in particular from the Budget debate in the Lower House late last week.
