Fitzgerald Hinds is now on his way out as the Member of Parliament for Laventille West.
Prime Minister Rowley has confirmed Hinds will not be offering himself as a candidate, to contest the Laventille West seat in the next general election.
TV6 spent some time in the constituency, on Friday, getting reaction from residents.
