Herbosa inspects East Avenue Medical Center emergency room
Health Secretary Teodoro Herbosa leads the inspection of the emergency room of the East Avenue Medical Center on Dec. 21, 2024 for patients who will be confined during the holidays, including those who will be injured by firecrackers during the New Year's eve celebration. Dr. Alfonso Nunez, EAMC chief, said the ER was prepared to serve 150 patients at any given time, but it may also be extended to include the hospital's lobby should more space be needed.
