Minister of Trade and Industry, Paula Gopee-Scoon, toured the compound of the West Indian Tobacco Company on Friday, as the company enters its 121st year in business. Mrs. Gopee-Scoon underscored that government does not promote smoking, but noted, there is money in cigarettes. Rynessa Cutting has more.
