Pappy (Popeye's father) is very tired that Sweet Pea being too spoiled!
So he invents a situation so that Sweet Pea is punished at least once by Popeye!
Unfortunately Popeye believes Pappy's lie and decides to punish Sweet Pea with a piece of wood!
But the punishment never happens and Sweet Pea forces Pappy to tell the truth!
