Ricnon Carolasan, leads the wreath-laying ceremonies for the 39th anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution with the theme “EDSA@39: Sama-Samang Pagsulong, Lakas ng Bayan” at the People Power Monument in Quezon City on Feb. 25, 2025.
