"Russia doesn't want a ceasefire", says French president Macron
French president Emmanuel Macron told the European Political Community summit that Russia was not trying to achieve a ceasefire. The summit kicked off on the same day as a meeting between Ukrainian and Russian delegations in Turkey for negotiations.
