On the topic of accommodation for police officers, the Association says it has taken note of a report that officers assigned to the security detail of a former Prime Minister, are currently occupying a dilapidated police van, posted outside the former Prime Minister's residence. The van has no air conditioning, no wheels, no door and is covered by a tarpaulin.
