Jamaica suffered a heavy 4-1 defeat to Group C leaders Panama, while Curaçao fell short in a 2-1 loss to Honduras, who now move on.
Guatemala also advanced from Group C after edging Guadeloupe 3-2, and over in Group B, Canada topped the table with a 2-0 win against a nine-man El Salvador.
