While no tropical cyclone is expected to affect the Philippines in the coming days, the southwest monsoon or habagat will continue to bring rains, especially to western parts of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Thursday, July 10.
